• Only one (1) account per person is permitted. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
• You are fully responsible for complying with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction while using the odin55 platform.

Odin55 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including copies of identification documents, utility bills, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between odin55 and yourself. odin55 protects your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and a continuous security monitoring system. However, you are also required to take the following precautions on your end:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account within seconds upon successful payment confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the odin55 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Failure to provide KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure request submitted by the member directly through odin55 support channels.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure at a member's request, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process. However, for accounts terminated due to a breach of terms or fraud, odin55 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance subject to the outcome of its investigation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, odin55 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the odin55 platform, including:
